Watch this webinar, recorded on 21 February, in which Nordea Markets’ Director of Thematics Johan Trocmé and Analyst Ellen Benktander delve into the main findings.

Looking at a sample of 100 Nordic blue chip companies, we find, among other things, that the share of female board members has doubled to one-third of the total from 2004 to 2016, and that companies with more gender-diverse leadership have more stable returns.
